Agebreakers — Privacy Policy
Effective 11 October 2026 · Responsible for our processing: Anespiem Private Limited
This Privacy Policy adopts the Anespiem Shared Privacy Policy — edition 2026-09-14. Read both together: the shared part explains our common approach and your rights; this page explains Agebreakers.

Gameplay analytics are enabled by default and linked to a game identifier. You can turn them off in Settings without changing gameplay, or delete your saved game there. We do not track you across different Anespiem games.
You do not need to tell us who you are. A random game account links your sign-ins, settings and run records. This lets you return to the same account; it is not a promise of complete anonymity.
This game's information
- On your device: sign-in cookies and saved-account selection let you return safely. Browser storage keeps a random installation identifier and language, audio, controls, tutorial and analytics preferences. A deletion-in-progress record lets the game check an interrupted request. These records remain until their task is finished, you clear them, or you clear browser data. Clearing sign-ins can lose access to a saved game.
- On our game server: random account and sign-in identifiers, protected sign-in records, access approvals, settings, run starts, completion results and in-game research contributions provide the game you request. Account sign-ins have no scheduled expiry. Run records may be kept until account deletion. An unfinished run cannot be completed more than 24 hours after it starts. This is not a promise to preserve every save forever.
- During a battle: cards and tactical state are held in memory. Reloading can end that life. We do not collect your real age or health; the run's age, health and score are fictional game values.
We use the account and game records to provide the service you request, relying where applicable on performance of our game agreement. Minimal access checks and abuse limits protect accounts and the service, relying where applicable on our legitimate interest in security. The shared policy explains network processing and support email.
Optional gameplay analytics
Questmetry, our analytics system, receives a small set of events: a run starting and ending, tutorial completion or skipping, cards and choices, optional source views, confirmed contribution views, replay and settings actions. They include a game-specific pseudonymous identifier, session, app version, platform and language, plus limited game identifiers and numbers. They do not include sign-in secrets, names, email, medical records or free-text input.
We use these events to find confusing steps, broken flows and balance problems, relying where applicable on our legitimate interest in improving this game. Questmetry retains analytics for 90 days. This limit does not apply to saved games or provider security records.
Settings → Gameplay analytics turns collection off. When the game confirms the setting is saved, it also removes this account's events still waiting on our game server. If saving the setting fails, the game tells you and offers another try; it does not report that the setting was saved.
Your controls and deletion
Settings → Delete saved game → Review deletion → Delete saved game removes the account, personal run records, connected sign-ins and its queued analytics from the live game. This works without email. If the response is interrupted, use Check deletion status; after confirmation, Remove old sign-ins finishes this browser's cleanup. A new game starts only when you choose it.
Other accounts and shared in-game research remain. A minimal confirmation of deletion can be checked for 24 hours. The expired confirmation is removed when the server next handles a new account deletion; it retains no run history and cannot sign you in. Deletion does not automatically erase events already sent to Questmetry, which retain their 90-day limit, or records already in backups. Contact us to request deletion or restriction of remaining identifiable information; the shared policy explains backup limits and your rights.
Removing a sign-in or a browser's return shortcut is not account deletion. To keep access after clearing this browser, first connect another device or browser.
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests by explaining your situation at [email protected]. See the shared policy for your other rights, account-control checks and complaints.
Hosting and changes
The shared policy explains Hetzner hosting, Cloudflare delivery and security, international processing and transfer safeguards. We remain responsible for our use of your game information. You can ask us about those safeguards at the contact above.
Material changes to this game's processing will be explained in the game or on its website before they begin. A later shared edition does not automatically change this policy.
